Step 1: Reach Out

Complete our secure online intake form or contact us by phone or email. A member of our team will connect with you to answer your questions and learn more about your child’s needs.

Step 2: Insurance & Benefits Review

Our intake specialists will verify your insurance benefits and explain coverage, authorizations, and any out-of-pocket costs — clearly and honestly.

Step 3: Comprehensive Assessment

Your child will complete an initial evaluation with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This assessment helps us understand your child’s strengths, developmental level, and goals.

Step 4: Individualized Treatment Plan

Using evidence-based methods including ESDM and NET, we create a personalized treatment plan focused on communication, social skills, play, independence, and family priorities.

Step 5: Begin Services

Once authorization is approved, your child begins services in our welcoming clinic, school, or community settings — with a compassionate team who truly cares.
